We invite you to fill out a form:
HOT LUNCH & PIZZA CANCELLATION – Hanover Highlands PTA
 We hope this message finds everyone healthy and safe.

First and foremost, THANK YOU to all who have donated Hot Lunch and Pizza money back to the PTA; we cannot express how truly grateful we are for your kindness and generosity!!  Your gesture is very much appreciated!

We’d like to remind everyone to please complete the form below regarding hot lunch and pizza cancellation.  Regarding the funds that have already been paid, you can do one of two things: 1) receive a refund via check mailed to you (checks must be cashed within 2 weeks), or 2) you can donate what’s already been paid to the HH PTA (it is a donation to a charitable cause, so it can be used for tax purposes and we thank you tremendously!). Please respond, either way, which you option you’d like to choose.

Please complete the form; WE NEED ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS TO RESPOND, even if you’re planning to donate the money back to the PTA.
