Mrs. Kasper and her son love reading That’s Not My Penguin! They love this story because of the fun textures, simple repetitive words, and adorable illustrations that keep little readers engaged. What's your favorite picture book? #HanoverReads

While summer is still going, teachers are coming back this week for summer planning. they are working hard to get ready for the new year! We are looking forward to an amazing school year with their amazing idea's!

Ms. Little recently got to relax and enjoy reading Inside Out & Back Again. It's beautifully written in free verse poetry, from the perspective of Ha, which allows the reader to learn her innermost thoughts & feelings on her transition from Vietnam to America. Highly recommended! What books have you been enjoying lately? #HanoverReads

While at the school, checking out, the raised bed, vegetable gardens, Mr. V floated around front to make sure the pollinators were around and doing their job... are you able to spot one in the middle of their work shift? The native monarch butterfly waystation flower garden is in full effect and looking great. Next trip out, Mr. V will do a little bit of weeding and pull out some of the invasive that need to come out, but it's looking pretty lush, and there were plenty of friendly bees floating about!
